The bathroom décor in your kids’ bathroom can make a big difference in how easy it is to get your kids to take a bath. By the same token, if the bathroom is a fun place to be, you may even get your kids to more easily brush their teeth.
There are a few essentials that you absolutely will need when designing and decorating a bathroom for your kids.
• Shower curtain – The shower curtain is important because it is the most noticeable item that a person sees when he or she walks into the bathroom. Curtains with things like fish on them, cartoon characters on them, or even sports team logos are all popular among kids.
• Toilet cover – A toilet cover can actually be a lot of fun for your kids. You can get a lot of bathroom décor ideas by starting off with toilet seat covers. You can find covers that look like cartoon characters or other items.
• Toothbrush holder – The toothbrush holder is something that is not very noticeable, but when you have something in there that goes along with the rest of the bathroom décor it is something that is nice to look at and just adds a little bit of extra oomph to the room.
• Towels – Towels can be taken in and out of the bathroom at your leisure, but for the most part they can stay in the room and add to the overall décor. Having towels that have superheroes on them is nice if you have other superhero bathroom items. You may be safe to just get towels with a water or fish theme. They work better with a number of items.
